Who is my neighbor?

I was delighted to see this sign as I walked around my neighborhood.

It is easy for me to love my neighbors.

Most of them look like me.

Most of them live in houses with well-kept yards.

Most share my values.

It is easy to love them.

They are my tribe.

The challenge is to love those who don’t fit the mold.

It is hard, especially at this point in our American life.

We have a new President who hopefully will guide us out of this ugly morass.

He will need the support of all Americans.

We can start by loving our neighbor.

  1. It is an interesting challenge Lori, a few distortions in our own eyes begins that journey. But slowly we surgically remove those ‘cataracts’ and see again…and so much more clearly. Great post dear lady 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

  2. My prayer is this for us all, But this will never be seen this side of eternity because of human self interest and the ongoing evil that is not being acknowledged in humanity and every nation.
Let us as individuals walk in the Light of purity beauty and the Hope of Holiness.
