Saint Honore Boulangerie

Saint Honore Boulangerie is one of my favorite places to meet friends, to relax in the sun, to escape the rain, to slow down and enjoy life.

The food, from pastries to entrées, is always excellent.  The service and the ambiance are delightful.

For a short while I feel as though I am in France.  Often, I hear French being spoken by other patrons.

In the words of the Master Baker

Our Work  Our Passion

Every day in France, people stroll down to their neighborhood boulangerie to buy a fresh baguette or a flakey and buttery croissant.  The patrons are greeted with a warm smile and the regulars are known by name. This is a custom that is part of our culture that we call “Art de Vivre” in French.

From our quality ingredients to our detailed baking techniques, our menu reflects our respect for French baking traditions in combinations with the flavors of the season.  We invite you to taste our fresh pastries and savories, and our rustic breads.

Every day, we put our passion into our work, loving what we do and sharing it with others.

We invite you to experience the French Art of Living.

French Roots

“Dominique’s passion for baking took root in the coastal Normandy town of Etretat.

“As a young boy living above the family bakery, he learned the secrets to baking with respect to the French tradition from his father, Hubert.

“At 27, Dominique won the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1990, being recognized as the best baker of France, a title awarded once every three years to artisans whose mission is to preserve the French craftsmanship heritage as well as promoting new techniques.
“In 2003, Dominique opened St. Honoré Boulangerie, named after the patron saint of
bakers in France.

“I’ve come far from Normandy, but I am still living up to my family’s
high standards.”    (Saint Honore Boulangerie website)
