I forced myself to go for a walk in the cold drizzle.
This was my reward.
It’s hard to go outside when the weather is cold and rain is falling.
I always feel better when I do…both mentally and physically.
Always gotta make the effort.

Beautiful post LORI and so true. Thank you. Pushing some days for me to walk while still in recovery mode gives me eyes to see beauty I would otherwise miss. Blessings!

We are very much worth it all dear lady. Some days a step can be heavy…but it is creating us anew and an even greater love and compassion as only it can do ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

On I know, the whole battle is just somehow to boot oneself out the door — once out there (assuming we’ve been smart enough to dress for the weather), there are indeed rewards, just as you show. So luminous! a beauty all its own
