What a lovely thought this is on Valentine’s Day.
The Oroville Dam above San Francisco is threatening to breach its banks because of all the recent rain, and the towns below it are being evacuated. One little girl filled her wagon and went to an evacuation site, handing out toys to kids so they’d have something to play with. The kids who are staying at the site were thrilled to get a toy, but I bet that little girl got the best present of all, a sense of fulfillment that will last her lifetime.
