A Jump Start

Up early…5 A.M. on a rainy day in Portland.  

Started with coffee, laundry, taking care of the dog…the usual drill.

I tried to be excited to go into my office and to start working*   Just could not muster the energy or the interest.

Afraid of going down the rabbit hole of the Internet, I searched for motivational business quotes and found a quote from Gandhi.  His sentences grounded me and changed my mood instantly.  The power of a few words.  This is my gift to you today.

  6. That’s so true… I’d had thoughts of people losing sight of ‘humanity’ recently and then have been delightfully astounded by some beautiful acts of true human kindness which completely matches that Ghandi quote! Thanks for sharing! x
