Let’s be fair….
We observe Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Irish-American Heritage Month, Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, Gay & Lesbian Pride Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Native American Heritage Month….I would bet that this is an incomplete list.
These are causes that speak to the heart of life in America and deserve our attention.
However, I must point out that we have another month-long cause that deserves our immediate and unconditional support.
No matter where you stand on issues or what you believe in, I call on you to support
The Pie of the Month: Oatmeal Chocolate!

New pie alert!
Meet your new best friend, the Oatmeal Chocolate Pie.
It’s like your favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was magically transformed into a pie.
The Delicious Details…
The pie starts with a gooey chocolate bottom that is topped with with toasted oats and crushed walnuts for a little nutty flavor.
The oats are sweetened with maple syrup and brown sugar, mmmm!
So let’s be fair and celebrate all worthwhile causes!

I know…just seeing the photos makes me hungry too. I was reading a book that took place in Italy…All the detective did was eat and drink while solving a murder mystery!
