Omg !! Mateus! Haven’t thought about that since back in the day when exactly like you and possibly the same era ? Certainly the same feeling of sophistication I too drank Mateus in Montreal circa 1978-81 🙂

So did we! Mateus’ company sold a lot of wine to young people. The shape of the bottle helped sales a lot, I think.
