Celebrate National Grilled Cheese Day!

According to some sources, April is National Grilled Cheese Month.  Others point to April 12 as National Grilled Cheese Day.

Either way, it is a good excuse to eat a delicious grilled cheese sandwich.

A favorite of mine since I was a little girl!

Writing on the run

I was trying so hard to post every day on my blog.

I was trying to answer every comment.

I was trying to read other posts and to comment.

I was doing well and then came my trip.

Walkin’ in Sunshine!

There is nothing more glorious in the Pacific Northwest than when the sun shows its face.

Rain, rain, rain and then a sunny day to end the weekend.

Walking, I encountered a festive air among people on the sidewalks and at sidewalk cafes. It was chilly but that did not stop sun deprived Oregonians from sitting outside sipping their lattes. Continue reading “Walkin’ in Sunshine!”
