It’s Wednesday.
Many of the tasks on my Monday “to do list” have migrated to Wednesday’s list.
That’s how my week is going.

I woke up at 4 A.M. this morning.
I debated if I should get up and start my day.
Afterall, I could accomplish a lot in the quiet of the morning.
Instead, I decided to read so I would fall back asleep.
Sleep a few more hours, I told myself, and then “Hit it full steam ahead!”
One of my favorite sayings is this one.
The mouth should have three gatekeepers.
Is it true?
Is it kind?
Is it necessary?

Three weeks of glorious weather.
Three weeks of shorts and tee shirts.
Three weeks of coffee on the porch in the morning.
Three weeks of happy hour on the porch in early evening.
