At my annual physical exam, my doctor shared with me the story of a small growth that he had ignored years ago.
He was too busy in medical school to have to have it removed.

The day of my husband’s funeral the sun was shining.
The sky was blue with little wisps of clouds.
The air was crisp.
It was a beautiful day.
Age is merely the number of years the world has been enjoying you!
I can’t remember where I found this little quote.
I placed it on my kitchen counter and look at it occasionally.
It makes me smile.
